Heather leads the Operations for Austin Fanning General Contractors. She began working beside Austin in 2011 on a part time basis while working her corporate position in Publishing.

In 2013, her decision to leave Publishing to focus on the business was the next best step. This was a leap of faith, however it gave her permission to pursue the company’s mission.

Heather brings a unique perspective to the operation. She is always figuring out the next best way to do something – whether it’s for a project or in the business. Heather’s responsibilities include guiding clients, overseeing projects, and making sure the flow and operations of the business are maintained.

A native of North Jersey, Heather earned her BA in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University.
